Yes, we have lots of Pass-holder Bring a Friend days & nights throughout the season:

  • every day we are open before Christmas;
  • Monday to Thursday from January 3th to March 3rd;
  • anytime from March 7th to the end of the season.

On these dates your friend can get a ticket anytime that your pass is valid; your friend pays just $20 (plus HST) for a ticket, limit one friend per pass-holder per time.

Why did you change your “Family” from unlimited to 2 Adults and 2 Children?

For many years Snow Valley has offered  ‘Family Maximum’ passes in our pass line-up.  After a detailed review of our pass products Snow Valley has found it necessary to streamline our Family Passes.   "Additional Family Member" passes can be purchased at greatly discounted rates over "Individual Passes".

Our Summer Pass Sale continues to offer some of the best pricing for skiing and snowboarding passes in the province.

What if I lose my pass?

Let Information Services know right away. Passes are often found and turned in. In the interim we will provide one complimentary ticket. We will replace your pass for a $15.00 administration fee.

What if I forget my pass?

Our Information Services staff will issue you a complimentary "forgot pass" ticket for one time only. If you forget your pass a second time you will have to purchase a regular priced lift ticket.

NOTE:

Should a "forgotten pass" ticket or a season pass be found on a person other than the pass-holder to whom it was issued, the passholder in question will have his/her pass revoked without refund.
