National Learn to Ski/Snowboard Week
With the 2010 Olympics taking place in our very own backyard, soon everyone's eyes will be on the slopes. And rather than sitting at home thinking, "I wish I could do that", get out there and give it a try. Skiing and snowboarding is easier than you think and everyone can take a crack at it during this year's National Learn to Ski & Snowboard Week (NLSSW).
"National Learn to Ski and Snowboard Week is a celebration of winter, a Canadian tradition for over 30 years," explains Colin Chedore, President of the Canadian Ski Council. "We want to encourage Canadians everyone to give winter sports a chance. Whether it's skiing, snowboarding, or cross country skiing, there is something for everyone."
As part of NLSSW, you can save 50% off our Discover Skiing #1 or Discover Snowboarding #1 Packages. This specail will run from Monday January 18th-Friday January 22nd. There is not need to pre-register, just check out our Lesson times and arrive 30-45min prior to the lesson time in order for you to get your rental gear!

what is the price if we have our own equipment? Our children have never tried skiing or snowboarding (they are 5 and 6 years old.

There is no reduced price for having your own equipment. It is an awesome deal already. Please be aware that the Discover Lessons are for 6 to adults. Five year olds participate in our ski n play programs in kidz village.

Hi Katie,
Your staff discount would not apply in this situation.

Is there any discount for the kid's (3 yr old) Lesson, Lift Ticket, Ski Rental & Helmet which normally costs $50?

Is Discover Skiing # 2 still offered at 50% off as part of NLSSW, as announced early?

Jen,
As part of NLSSW, only our Discover #1 packages are being offered at a discount. Unfortunatly these packages are only appropriate for children 6 years and over.
I would recommend our Ski'n Play program for your 3yr old.

Hi, for DS1 package, you said no pre-register. Are you garanteeing a spot, for example, on March 7? I don't want to drive there and was told no more spots available. Thanks

Hey Kevin, the only way you could be turned away is if we run out of rentals in your size. Cheers
