Information Desk personnel are responsible to create a great customer experience as a front-line employee. Information Services is a fast paced demanding call centre where we strive to create a fun professional environment. You will interact directly with our guests; we truly are the hub of the resort. You will be responsible for selling season passes, ski & snowboard programs, handling questions and concerns from customers. You have excellent verbal communication skills; are a quick learner and a self-starter. You must have strong keyboarding skills and be proficient in the MS Office Suite. Candidates must be flexible to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
