With the recent Covid-19 Ontario provincially mandated shutdown, Snow Valley Resort will be closed from December 24th at 4:00PM until January 23rd, 2021. This announcement has affected our skiing and snowtubing facilities as well as pre-booked access tickets and Snow School lessons. Snowshoeing operations will continue as scheduled. Please visit www.skisnowvalley.com for online snowshoeing booking details.
Snow Valley will continue to honour our Winter Confidence Guarantee and our 100-Day commitment. We are anticipating 10 weeks of fantastic conditions from January 23rd until Easter weekend. Remember, if for any reason we are open for Skiing or Snowboarding less than 100 days, Anytime Passholders and Almost Anytime passholders* will receive a credit towards a 2021/22 season pass based on the percentage of the season missed.
Currently, we are expecting to offer our winter Snow School lesson programs and our private lesson bookings. We will be announcing details on our lesson programs on January 15th. Of course, we will be following the guidance of the Province of Ontario and the Simcoe Muskoka District Health Unit in the delivery of any lesson program.
Thank you for your patience as we continue to assess this evolving situation. We anticipate heavy call, email and social media volume over the next several days and appreciate guests’ understanding as we work hard to respond to all inquiries. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with any questions and requests and we will respond in order of receipt. Passholders can visit Snow Valley Refund page for more information. While this is a disappointing reality, the health and safety of our guests and employees continue to be the highest priority.
Snow Valley will continue to provide updates on its website, e-mails, and social media sites. We encourage everyone to follow current Public Health guidelines as we look forward to welcoming guests back to Snow Valley when the provincial shutdown is scheduled to end on January 23, 2021.
