2021 Snow Valley Covid-19 Refunds
Snow Valley has made the difficult decision to refund all season passes and lesson purchases beginning on January 18, 2021. While the decision is challenging, it is the best for Snow Valley Passholders, Snow School Lesson participants, and the resort. The global pandemic and restrictions imposed on ski hills by the province have led us to this tough decision. With the provincial stay-at-home order in place until at least February 11, the ski season at Snow Valley has been shortened dramatically. Due to the number of different seasons passes and lesson options, Snow Valley has streamlined the refund process as much as possible. Effective immediately, all season passes are invalid and will be either refunded in full, or a credit amount will be applied to a 2022 Snow Valley Season pass product. Detailed below are the two options for Season Pass Holders. A Season Pass Refund option must be selected on or before February 11, 2021. If neither option is selected by February 11, 2021, then option #2 will automatically be selected for the season pass holder.
Season Pass Options
- Full Refund Option – Snow Valley Anytime, Almost Anytime, Night Pass, Family Anytime, Family Almost Anytime, Family Night, 1970 Anniversary, and Under 6 Anytime Passes will be refunded at the original purchase price less the $25.00 non-refundable Administration fee.
- Cash Credit Option – Snow Valley Anytime, Almost Anytime, Night Pass, Family Anytime, Family Almost Anytime, Family Night, 1970 Anniversary, and Under 6 Anytime Passes will have a cash credit of the original purchase price less the $25.00 non-refundable Administration fee and 7% of the original purchase price (representing the days Snow Valley was open this season to date). This cash credit option is only applicable towards a season pass product at Snow Valley Resort for the 2021-2022 winter season.
Please complete the Refund Request Form to initiate the refund process. Refunds will not be processed via email or over the phone. Refunds will be processed in the order they are received.
Note: If Snow Valley does reopen during the 2021 season, there will be an opportunity for season pass holders to pre-book daily lift tickets for the remainder of the season before they are offered to the general public.
Lesson Program and Private Lesson Refunds
- Snow Valley lesson programs and Race programs will be refunded in full less a $25.00 Administration fee.
- Snow Valley private lesson bookings will be refunded in full less a $25.00 Administration fee.
There is no need to contact the resort to receive your refund for programs or private lessons.
The pandemic and resulting shutdowns have affected the lives of all Ontarians and has resulted in the shortest ski season here at Snow Valley in over 68 years. While the affect is immeasurable right now, the slopes of Snow Valley will be waiting for you when this is all over.
