Job Overview:

Information Desk personnel are responsible for creating a great customer experience as a front-line employee. Information Services is a fast-paced, demanding call centre where we strive to create a fun, professional environment. You will interact directly with our guests; we are the resort’s hub.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for selling season passes, ski & snowboard programs, and handling customer questions and concerns. You have excellent verbal communication skills and are a quick learner and a self-starter. You must have strong keyboarding skills and be proficient in the MS Office Suite. Candidates must be flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. .
