* Anyone wishing to access the slopes or sliding surfaces must be in possession of a valid lift ticket. Non-participants are not permitted on any sliding surfaces.

Refund Policy
- Refund requests made more than 7 days prior to your scheduled activity date are subject to an administration fee of 15% of the order total.
- Refund requests made 1-6 days prior to your scheduled activity date are subject to an administration fee of 30% of the order total.
- No refunds or change requests will be issued on the day of your scheduled activity.
