Position Type: Seasonal, Part Time & Full Time
Hours of Work: Variable, midweek days, weekends, evenings, holidays
Rate: $22.40 – $24.50/hr
Term: November to End of March
Job Overview:
The zipline supervisor will lead an energetic and enthusiastic team of zipline guides to ensure the operations run effectively.
Responsibilities include ensuring all guest expectations are met and achieved while enjoying a safe activity. Ensuring that daily gear/equipment inspections and course opening inspections are completed and documented. Participate in hiring/scheduling/training, and mentoring staff throughout the season.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Ability to communicate professionally
- Have a positive work ethic and be self-motivated.
- Excellent verbal skills.
- Be comfortable working at heights and with safety harnesses and related equipment.
- Able to work independently and in a team setting.
- Ability to deliver a consistently high standard of work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Ability to guide and mentor staff, and where shortfalls occur, address, and manage.
- Computer proficiency in Windows and Microsoft applications.
- Previous supervisory experience
- Must be flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
