Refund requests made more than 7 days prior to your scheduled activity date are subject to an administration fee of 15% of the order total.
Refund requests made 1-6 days prior to your scheduled activity date are subject to an administration fee of 30% of the order total.

We have jackets, pants, and helmets available to rent on a walk-in basis. We do not rent gloves, goggles, or socks, but we have a limited amount of these items available for purchase.

Yes, you can. Please be aware that your boots MUST pass our visual safety inspection and conform to boot sole norms compatible with our bindings. If we cannot guarantee the safe release of your boots from our bindings, we cannot use your boots with our skis.
Our High-Performance fleet comprises demo skis and boards. This equipment is designed for intermediate and above users and comes in all shapes and sizes, so you can pick a model that suits your ability, your preferred terrain, and the day’s conditions.
Specific skis and boards from our High-Performance range are based on availability at pick-up time.
