- School Bookings are only available on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
- Evening bookings are only available on Wednesdays and Thursdays

Please review your Snow Valley Confirmation page: arrival date, contact information, arrival time and estimated numbers. (The confirmation page is included in your confirmation pkg.)
Please note our School Group pricing includes tax.
Your confirmation package will have our Snow Valley Parental Consent form. We require a signed copy for each student to participate. (Multiple visits: list all dates at the top; the Parent Consent form will only be needed on the first visit.)
Have Rental List(s) must be completed with student information before arrival. List student names alphabetically and include height, weight and age.
Two weeks before you visit Snow Valley, your booking co-ordinator will email you to ask for the following: (Please note we require # of skiers vs snowboarders to provide the best ratio of ski instructors and board instructors.)

Upon arriving at Snow Valley, the school coordinator must provide the following to obtain student lift tickets.
- Confirmation page
- Signed copy of Snow Valley Consent form for all students - before visit.
- Rental List(s) divided into groups of 25 with a teacher to sign students out.
