Job Overview:
Currently seeking applicants available midweek, Monday- Friday, 8:30am-3:00pm (hours are flexible).
The Welcome Ambassador is the first contact for guests, providing a friendly and welcoming experience. You will greet guests, share helpful information, and assist with questions or directions, ensuring a smooth entry and exit process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests, provide information, answer questions, and give a friendly service.
- Support school groups arriving and departing during the week.
- Help with parking directions.
- Keep the workspace organized, clean and safe.
- Assist with outdoor tasks such as shoveling, garbage removal, and equipment returns.
Requirements:
- Excellent customer service and teamwork.
- Able to stand for long periods of time.
- Available to work weekends & holidays.
Great for someone who loves interacting with people, creating a welcoming atmosphere, and working outdoors.
