Position Type: Seasonal, Part Time & Full Time
Hours of Work: Variable, midweek days, weekends, evenings, holidays
Rate: $16.90 – $17.95/hr
Term: End of November to End of March
Job Overview:
Guest Services Cashiers assist guests with transactions for tickets, lesson packages, rental equipment and boutique items. Cashiers are responsible for accurate transaction processing while providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist guests with transactions
- Greet guests, answer questions, and provide friendly service.
- Accurately process payments, and issue receipts.
- Process multiple payment methods, including cash, debit and credit.
- Assist with inquiries, resolve issues and support ticketing, lesson, rental paperwork and boutique transactions.
- Restock Boutique as needed.
- Keep the workspace organized, clean and safe.
- Assist with outdoor tasks such as shoveling, garbage removal, and equipment returns.
Requirements:
- Basic Point of Sale (POS) knowledge or willingness to learn.
- Good customer service and teamwork.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs. & stand for long periods of time.
- Available to work weekends & holidays.
