Hours of Work: Variable, midweek days, weekends, evenings, holidays
Rate: $19.40 – $21.50/hr
Term: December to mid March
Job Overview:
Snowshoe Trail Guides will deliver guided snowshoeing hikes through marked trail systems both at Snow Valley, and other local establish trail systems. Participate in special evening snowshoeing events and assist with developing and maintaining the program and related events.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Ability to communicate in a professional manner
- Be comfortable to present verbally to groups, while snowshoeing/hiking
- Excellent verbal communication skills to large groups
- Be self-motivated and have a positive work ethic
- Able to work either independently or in a team setting
- Able to deliver programs and guide groups of snowshoers/hikers through marked trail systems
- Must be flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
