The Volunteers of the Canadian Ski Patrol are bringing you the Barrie Ski & Board Equipment Swap & Sale, hosted at Snow Valley, Friday October 31st – Sunday, November 2nd! You’ll be able to gear up for a fantastic winter on the slopes with a great selection of new and used equipment and accessories.
Snow Valley will also be hosting our annual Open House event on Saturday November 1st in conjunction with the swap! We’ll have free activities for the entire family! Take a hay wagon ride, grab a lift to the top of the hill, check out our mini-tube slide or check out our newest attraction – the Summit Soar Zipline for just $5 a ride!
If you are looking for gear at the Swap & Sale you will have to book and purchase a time slot to enter the swap. Everyone entering the Swap will require a ticket – Adults 18+ are $5 and Children 17 and under are Free.

Have gently used equipment you’re no longer using? Bring it to the Day Lodge at Snow Valley during the Public Receiving Days:
— Wednesday, October 29 from 3:00 pm – 8:00 pm
— Thursday, October 30 from 3:00 pm – 8:00 pm
Here’s how it works:
— Swap staff will help you set a fair selling price
— Pay just $2 per item to register
— Track your items online to see if they’ve sold
— Pick up unsold items and/or your cheque on Sunday, November 2 from 4:00 pm – 7:00 pm (cheques can even be mailed if your items sell!)
👉 Please note: only alpine skis, snowboards, and ski/snowboard boots are accepted (no poles, helmets, clothing, or Nordic gear). Bindings over 10 years old cannot be serviced and won’t be accepted.

This event is about more than just buying and selling. A 25% commission from all sales goes directly to supporting the Canadian Ski Patrol, helping them continue their vital safety and rescue work on the slopes.
