We’re looking for an organized, dependable Accounting Coordinator who enjoys working behind the scenes to support a busy, energetic operation.

What You’ll Do

• Manage accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and financial records
• Assist with accounts payable, reporting, audits, and year-end procedures
• Use systems such as Sage, QuickBooks, and Excel
• Help improve administrative processes and support daily office operations

What You’ll Bring

• Experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or financial administration
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Experience with accounting software (Sage, QuickBooks, or similar)
• Ability to manage confidential information professionally
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Bonus Points For

• Experience in hospitality, recreation, retail, or seasonal operations
• Post-secondary education in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field

Requirements

• Secondary School Diploma required
• Minimum 1 year of related accounting, bookkeeping, or administrative experience
