Hours of Work: Variable, midweek days, weekends, evenings, holidays
Term: Mid December to end of March
Job Overview:
We are looking for enthusiastic, strong skiers and boarders who strive to one day be a Professional Instructor. The primary role is to assist our Certified Ski and Snowboard instructors with ski or snowboard education and instruction to guests of all ages and abilities. You do not need to be an expert, but you need to be comfortable on all the hills at Snow Valley and have a desire to create fantastic winter memories for our guests. This position is for individuals who enjoy working with children, have excellent communication skills, are safety conscious, reliable, energetic and can work well as a team. This is a fun, fast-paced job with great ongoing training opportunities, job support and room to grow. Qualifications & Experience:
- Candidates must be 14 years of age or older.
- Candidates must have their own ski or snowboard equipment
- Candidates must be able to work all Saturdays and Sundays from first weekend in January to March Break OR at least 3 Full Days Monday through Thursday
- Lots of additional opportunities for hours on evenings and over holiday breaks
- Successful applicants who are 18 years of age and older will be required to provide a Vulnerable Sector Check.
