Food and Beverage Supervisor

FOOD & BEVERAGE DEPARTMENT

Dates: Early October to End of March

Term: Full-Time Seasonal

Food and Beverage Supervisor is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, with the ability to present and communicate professionally. As a front-line employee you will assist guests and mentor staff in a friendly and efficient manner.

Applicants will have a minimum of five years’ experience in a food service supervisory role. Smart Serve and Food Safety certifications are mandatory. Applicants require computer proficiency in POS systems, Windows and Microsoft applications. Applicants will be expected to work in a team environment willing to assist wherever necessary.

Applicants must be flexible to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
