GUEST SERVICES
Position Type: Seasonal, Part Time & Full Time
Hours of Work: Variable, midweek days, weekends, evenings, holidays
Term: End of November to End of March
Job Overview:
Assist guests process transactions for tickets, lesson packages, rental equipment, and boutique items. Ensure everything is accurate, safe and provide excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist guests with transactions
- Greet guests, answer questions, and provide friendly service.
- Accurately process payments, issue receipts, and balance the register.
- Deal with multiple payment options such as cash, debit, credit.
- Help with inquiries, resolve issues, and assist with ticketing, lessons, rental paperwork, and boutique.
- Restock Boutique as needed.
- Keep the workspace organized, clean and safe.
- Assist with outdoor tasks such as shoveling, garbage removal, and equipment returns.
Requirements:
- Basic Point of Sale (POS) knowledge or willingness to learn.
- Good customer service and teamwork.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs. & stand for long periods of time.
- Available to work weekends & holidays.
