Position Type: Seasonal, Part Time & Full Time

Hours of Work: Variable, midweek days, weekends, evenings, holidays

Term: End of November to End of March 

Job Overview:

The Guest Services Supervisor manages daily operations of the rental shop, cashier team, boutique, repair shop, and welcome ambassadors. They will ensure excellent customer service and staff management in a fast-paced environment. 

Key Responsibilities:

Staff Supervision:  

  • Oversee employees in the rental shop, repair shop, boutique, cashiers, and welcome ambassadors. 
  • Train and motivate employees to enhance their skills to provide excellent guest experiences. 
  • Manage schedules for adequate coverage. 
  • Communicate updates and relevant information. 
  • Conduct staff evaluations. provide feedback, and identify training needs to support development.
 

Operations Management:  

  • Ensure smooth operations across rental, cashier, boutique, repair, and welcome ambassador’s areas. 
  • Monitor inventory and stock as needed. 
  • Assist with opening and closing procedures. 
  • Accurately handle and balance cashier tills. 
  • Handle guest related questions, concerns, requests. 
  • Promote excellent customer service by leading by example. 
  • Promote a safe work environment. 
  • Inspecting and reporting hazards and incidents. 

Requirements:

  • Previous supervisory experience in guest services, retail, or hospitality.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple teams and operations.
  • Basic knowledge of rental equipment, cashier operations, and customer service.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
  • Proficient with POS systems and basic office software.
