Hours of Work: Variable, midweek days, weekends, evenings, holidays

Job Overview:
The Guest Services Supervisor manages daily operations of the rental shop, cashier team, boutique, repair shop, and welcome ambassadors. They will ensure excellent customer service and staff management in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Staff Supervision:
- Oversee employees in the rental shop, repair shop, boutique, cashiers, and welcome ambassadors.
- Train and motivate employees to enhance their skills to provide excellent guest experiences.
- Manage schedules for adequate coverage.
- Communicate updates and relevant information.
- Conduct staff evaluations. provide feedback, and identify training needs to support development.
Operations Management:
- Ensure smooth operations across rental, cashier, boutique, repair, and welcome ambassador’s areas.
- Monitor inventory and stock as needed.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures.
- Accurately handle and balance cashier tills.
- Handle guest related questions, concerns, requests.
- Promote excellent customer service by leading by example.
- Promote a safe work environment.
- Inspecting and reporting hazards and incidents.
Requirements:
- Previous supervisory experience in guest services, retail, or hospitality.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple teams and operations.
- Basic knowledge of rental equipment, cashier operations, and customer service.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
- Proficient with POS systems and basic office software.
