Position Type: Seasonal, Part Time & Full Time

Hours of Work: Variable, midweek days, weekends, evenings, holidays

Term: End of November to End of March 

Job Overview:

Guest Services Rental Shop Staff are responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assisting with customer questions and concerns. Assist guests to rent and fit equipment such as skis, snowboards, boots, bindings, helmets, and poles. Ensure everything is safe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist guests with rentals.
  • Accurately use and complete rental paperwork.
  • Inspect, maintain and clean rental gear.
  • Help with equipment issues and explain how to use it.
  • Keep the workspace organized, clean and safe.
  • Assist with outdoor tasks like shoveling, garbage removal, and equipment returns.

Requirements:

  • Basic equipment knowledge or willingness to learn.
  • Good customer service and teamwork.
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs. & stand for long periods of time.
  • Available to work weekends & holidays
