Job Overview:
We seek enthusiastic, reliable, personable, guest-focused, safety-conscious individuals with outstanding leadership and communication skills. The responsibilities of the Snow School Supervisor (Team Leader) position include but are not limited to maintaining a safe and fun environment for both guests and staff, training staff, leading a team, delegating lessons, scheduling, payroll, guest interaction, ensuring resort policies and procedures are upheld and supporting your fellow resort supervisors and the Snow School Director. This is an exciting, fast-paced position with great ongoing training opportunities, job support and room to grow.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Candidates must have at least five years of Snow School, resort, or similar experience.
- Candidates must have a high level of skiing and/or snowboarding skills, CSIA, CASI, or ACA-CSC certification preferably.
- Ability to present and communicate in a professional manner.
- Ability to guide and mentor staff, and where shortfalls occur, address, and manage
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Be organized with time management skills
- Able to work independently or in a team setting.
- Computer proficiency in Windows and Microsoft applications.
- Must be detail-oriented and responsible.
- Successful applicants 18 years and older must provide a Vulnerable Sector Check.
