Job Overview:
Snow Tubing Park Cashier Supervisors provide leadership to the Tube Park Cashiers and Snowshoe staff. Working alongside the cashier team, the Supervisor ensures the Tube Park Ticket Office operates efficiently and effectively. The Ticket Office is often the first point of contact for guests, so the role includes welcoming and checking in guests and providing assistance throughout their Snow Tubing / Ziplining and Snowshoeing experience. Other responsibilities include staff training, scheduling, ticket sales, and Health and Safety.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Ability to present and communicate in a professional manner.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organization and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Ability to guide and mentor staff and address performance shortfalls when they occur.
- Proficiency with POS systems, Windows, and Microsoft applications.
- Previous supervisory experience.
- Currently seeking candidates available for night operations.
