Job Overview:
Tube Park Cashier Supervisors will guide and provide leadership to the Tube Park cashiers and Snowshoe staff. Working alongside the cashiers, ensuring that the Tube Park Ticketing Office operates efficiently and effectively. The Ticketing Office is the first point of contact for guests, so providing exceptional customer service by welcoming guests / checking guests in / and providing any additional assistance during their Snow Tubing or Snowshoeing experiences. Other responsibilities include staff training / scheduling / ticket sales / H&S.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Ability to present and communicate in a professional manner.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Be organized with time management skills.
- Able to work independently or in a team setting.
- Ability to guide and mentor staff, and where shortfalls occur, address, and manage.
- Computer proficiency in POS systems, Windows, and Microsoft applications.
- Previous supervisory experience
- Currently seeking candidates available for night operations
