Job Overview:
Snow Tubing Park Cashiers are responsible for selling and redeeming tickets for individual guests and groups, providing exceptional customer service, and assisting guests with questions or concerns. As front-line employees, Cashiers also answer phone calls and respond to email inquiries. They provide guests with rental equipment, including helmets and snowshoes, and explain its proper use.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Ability to communicate in a professional manner.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated with a positive work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiencywith POS systems, Windows, and Microsoft applications.
