Rate: $22.75 – $24.85/hr

Job Overview:
Snow Tubing Park Supervisors provide daily leadership to a large team, assigning duties and responsibilities to on-hill staff. Supervisors help ensure the Tube Park operates efficiently for both staff and guests while monitoring compliance with all safety requirements. Other responsibilities include onboarding seasonal staff, staff training and training records, daily operational record keeping, payroll, scheduling, ticket sales, and Health and Safety. Supervising the Tube Park involves working outdoors in all weather conditions, so enjoyment of the outdoors is a must.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Ability to present and communicate in a professional manner.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organization and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Ability to guide and mentor staff and address performance shortfalls when they occur.
- Proficiencywith POS systems, Windows, and Microsoft applications.
- Previoussupervisory experience.
- Must be flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
