Job Overview:
Tube Park Supervisors will guide and provide leadership to a large team daily. Assigning daily duties and responsibilities to on hill staff. Ensuring that the Tube Park operates at a high level of efficiency (staff and guests) and monitoring that all safety components comply. Other responsibilities include, onboarding seasonal staff / staff training / training records / daily operational record keeping / payroll / scheduling / ticket sales / H&S. Supervising the Tube Park keeps you outside during all weather conditions, so an enjoyment of the outdoors is a must.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Ability to present and communicate in a professional manner.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Be organized with time management skills.
- Able to work independently or in a team setting.
- Ability to guide and mentor staff, and where shortfalls occur, address, and manage.
- Computer proficiency in POS systems, Windows, and Microsoft applications.
- Previous supervisory experience.
- Must be flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
