Job Overview:
Tube Park Event Supervisor will be lead an energetic and enthusiastic team, promoting Snow Tubing at different local festivals and events across the region. They are responsible for operating a company pickup truck and trailer to and from events. At these events they will guide and participate with a dedicated team to operate a small interactive snow tubing slide. Events are busy with large crowds and lots of children who enjoy using the interactive slide. Delivering Snow Valleys goals and messaging is essential with a positive attitude. The interactive slide operates in in all weather conditions, so an enjoyment of being outside is necessary.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Ability to communicate in a professional manner
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Be organized with time management skills
- Able to work independently and in a team setting
- Ability to guide and mentor staff, and where shortfalls occur, address, and manage
- Computer proficiency in Windows, and Microsoft applications
- Previous supervisory experience
- Possesses a valid G driver’s license in good standing
- Must be at least 25 years of age to qualify for company vehicle insurance
- Experience operating a pickup truck with a large utility trailer
- Must be flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
