The Welcome Ambassador is the first point of contact for guests, helping create a friendly and welcoming experience. Welcome Ambassadors greet guests, share helpful information and assist with questions or directions to support a smooth arrival and departure experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests, provide information, answer questions, and give a friendly service.
- Assist with parking directions.
- Keep the workspace organized, clean and safe.
- Assist with outdoor tasks such as shoveling, garbage removal, and equipment returns.
Requirements:
- Excellent customer service and teamwork.
- Able to stand for long periods of time.
- Available to work weekends & holidays.
