Lift Ticket Frequently Asked Questions

Purchase your lift tickets online. All online lift tickets are discounted compared to our walk up rates. Walk up ticket purchases will be charges a premium.

Simply display your order confirmation/barcode at any ski/snowboard ticket location. We offer 2 ticket windows, as well as our Guest Service area inside of the chalet to pick up your tickets.

The order confirmation/barcode will be sent to the email provided during your order. Please check your junk mail folder. If you have still not received this information please visit the Guest Services are in the Chalet.

All lift tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. All refund requests should be made by email to  info@skisnowvalley.com with your confirmation number and clear request of refund.

Refund requests made more than 7 days prior to your scheduled activity date are subject to an administration fee of 15% of the order total.

Refund requests made 1-6 days prior to your scheduled activity date are subject to an administration fee of 30% of the order total.

No refunds or change requests will be issued on the day of your scheduled activity.

We do not guarantee snow conditions, weather conditions, open terrain or number of lifts operating.

No, the Adventure Learning Centre ticket does not allow access to the chairlifts. This tickets allows access to the 3 carpet lifts within the Adventure Learning Centre.

Gift cards cannot be used for online purchases. Please visit a ticket window or Guest Services to purchase tickets with a gift card. The online price will be honoured when using a gift card.

To ensure a Safe and Courteous experience, we will remove tickets or passes from any skiers or snowboarders judged to be behaving dangerously or obnoxiously.

Snow Valley Resorts Season Pass Refund Policy is based on a pro-rated calendar that offers season pass holders a credit/refund option when appropriate documentation is provided.

1Personal Injury – You are unable to use your Pass because you suffer an accidental bodily injury that occurs after you purchase your Pass, and that injury prevents you from using your Pass for thirty (30) or more consecutive days. This provision applies only if you provide verification from a Physician.

2Personal Illness – You are unable to use your Pass because you suffer from a physical illness or physical disease that: (i) is diagnosed by a Physician after you purchase your Pass or (ii) presents significant new or worsening symptoms that are diagnosed by a Physician after you purchase your Pass. To qualify, your illness or disease must prevent you from using your Pass for thirty (30) or more consecutive days.  A “Physician” is a licensed doctor practicing in the fields of medical, surgical, dental, or psychiatric services who is acting within the scope of their license and who is not you, a travelling companion, a Family Member, a person related to you or a business partner.

3Credit Account – All credits will be issued as a credit account towards a pass purchase for the 26/27 season only. The credit values are based on your original pass purchase price. Credit accounts have no cash surrender value.

  1. How many Kids Ski & Board Free passes am I eligible for with the purchase of an Anytime Pass? One Kids Ski & Board Free pass is available with the purchase of every Anytime Pass.
  2. What is the cut-off date of the child to qualify for the Kids Ski & Board Free promotion? The child must be under the age of 18 as of December 31st, 2025. Proof of age may be required.
  3. Do I need to be the parent/legal guardian of the child I am using the Kids Ski & Board Free pass voucher on? No.
  4. Do I need to know the name of the child at time of purchase? Yes.
  5. Are there any blackouts on the Kids Ski & Board Free pass? No.
  6. Where can I purchase my Anytime Pass with Kids Ski & Board Free season pass? All of our Season Passes are available in our eShop.
  7. If the purchaser is not the parent or legal guardian or the purchase is made via phone, how can the parent or legal guardian sign the waiver for the child? When purchasing online you will be required to sign a digital waiver and release of liability prior to receiving your pass or your child pass. If you purchase over the phone or in person, a link will be provided to you to sign the waiver digital waiver and release of liability prior to receiving your pass or your child pass.
  8. How do I get my Kids Ski & Board Free pass? Your pass will be mailed to the address of the purchaser. If a photo is not on file,  one can be emailed to pics@skisnowvalley.com or stop by the resort and have a picture taken.
  9. How long will the Kids Ski & Board Free promotion be available? The Kids Ski & Board Free is available until July 31st or until sold out. Passes are limited for the 2025-26 ski & snowboard season. Buy it now!
  10. Are Youth Almost Anytime Pass purchasers eligible for the Kids Ski & Board Free promotion? No, however a youth may purchase an Anytime Pass to qualify for the Kids Ski & Board Free promotion.
  11. Are Almost Anytime Pass purchasers eligible for the Kids Ski & Board Free promotion? No, however you may purchase an Anytime Pass to qualify for the Kids Ski & Board Free promotion
  12. Can the Kids Ski & Board Free Pass be used to access the lifts if I register for a ski & board lesson program? Yes, the child will receive an Anytime Pass that allows unrestricted access to the lifts anytime we are open.
  13. Kids Ski & Board Free Promotion can not be combined with any other offer.

Almost Anytime passes are valid except the daytime hours (9:00 AM to 3:00 PM) on Saturdays and Sundays in January and February. They are valid at all other times! Night operations are scheduled to start on Friday, December 19th, 2025, weather permitting.

Anytime Passes are valid anytime we are open for skiing and snowboarding: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM Tuesday through Sunday and 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM Monday.

A “family” consists of two adults and two children under the age of 18 who are living at home as of December 31, 2025. Proof of ID may be required.

Additional family members must be purchased at the time of Family purchase.

Let Information Services know right away. Passes are often found and turned in. In the interim, we will provide one complimentary ticket. We will replace your pass for a $25.00 administration fee.

Our Information Services staff will issue you a complimentary “forgotten pass” ticket for one time only. If you forget your pass again, you will have to purchase a regular-priced lift ticket.

NOTE: Should a “forgotten pass” ticket or a season pass be found on someone other than the pass-holder to whom it was issued, the pass holder in question will have their pass revoked without refund.

Season passes must be visible at all times to lift staff. Pass attachment loops are available at the resort. Visit any ticket location to pick one up on your first day out. Do not store your pass in a pass pocket. Season passes must not be altered in any manner.
