For everyone’s safety, zipline operations may be paused if inclement weather is in the area. Weather-related decisions are made by our team based on safety regulations and a range of conditions—we appreciate your understanding.

Absolutely, you can. You can always purchase additional rides after your arrival at our ticket window.

Dress comfortably and for the weather—we operate rain (no lightning) or shine! Closed-toe shoes are mandatory, and long hair must be tied back. We recommend activewear or clothing that allows for a snug harness fit (no bulky jackets or loose accessories). For your safety, riders must wear the provided helmet and harness—you must be able to fit our safety gear properly in order to ride.

Avoid wearing skirts, dresses, or anything that could interfere with the harness or safety equipment.

Yes, you can pre-purchase our Zip & Sip Snack add-on online, and our Sno Nut Hut will have a variety of food and beverage options available for you to purchase onsite.

Yes, but only if it’s securely mounted to a chest harness that does not interfere with your safety gear. Helmet mounts, selfie sticks, and drones are not permitted. Final approval is at the discretion of your zipline guide.

We don’t have an automated photo system, but there are lots of great spots to snap a pic with your friends and family before your ride. Be sure to grab a photo and share your adventure—tag us @skisnowvalley and use #SummitSoar to show off your zipline experience!

No, you can watch your family and friends soar overhead from the bottom of the tube park. From the tube park you can see the launch deck and the landing zone. Without a ticket you are no permitted at the top of the hill.

The full experience typically takes 20 to 30 minutes, depending on how busy it is and the weather conditions. Once you’re loaded into the transport vehicle, it’s a 3-minute ride to the top of the hill. After that, our guides will help you into your safety gear, which usually takes 5 to 10 minutes based on your group size and experience. Then, after a quick safety briefing, it’s time to soar—your actual zipline ride lasts about 25 to 30 seconds.

We do our best to keep things moving smoothly so you can enjoy the adventure with minimal wait.

Helmets are mandatory and will be provided to you with the rest of your safety gear. Personal helemts are not permitted.

During the green season you will be transported to the launch area above the tube park via an offroad vehicle.

During the winter a tube lift will pull our guests up the hill while seated in the tube. Our attendants will load you onto the lift, detach you from the lift. You will then follow the path to the launch area of the zipline.
