Welcome to a new season at Snow Valley! Whatever your job is, we want you to know that your contribution is vital to our success. Achieving our mission will require the effort of every one of us. We have been successful because of the dedication of our staff in providing great service and a great experience for our skiers, snowboarders, and tubers.
Required FORMS
Please fill out the forms below online by clicking the link. When you submit each form a copy is sent directly to your department. You do not need to print them out or email them to us. Make sure you complete all 3 mandatory forms.
Account Creation and Photo Upload *New Staff Only*
To capture your information and photo for your staff pass in our database we require you to create an account online and upload a smiling photo of your face. Photos are to be shoulders up, with no sunglasses or goggles, and no extreme filters.
*Return staff log in: the photo we have on file from previous years will be used for your staff pass this season unless you log in by November 5th, 2024 and upload a new photo.

- Click Account in upper right
- Select Profile – Edit Profile
- Add in your birthdate
- Under Picture – Choose File
- Upload and Save
How do i get paid
All staff will be required to provide direct deposit information in order to be paid. Not only will you be able to access your payments more quickly, you can also be sure they will never be lost, stolen, or damaged.
How Do I Get Direct Deposit?
Simply visit your bank branch that you deal with and let them know that you would like to receive direct deposit for your pay cheque. They will provide you with the necessary paperwork. Several banks provide these forms online.

How DO i apply for a social Insurance number?
Service Canada has made it easy for you to apply for a Social Insurance Number (SIN), to replace your card, or to amend your SIN record. Click here for Service Canada.
Staff Pass Refund Request Form?
If you purchased a season pass prior to becoming employed at Snow Valley you could be eligible for a refund. You can receive a full refund for an Individual pass and a portion of a Family Pass if you are entitled. Please click the link below to submit your request for a refund. The deadline to complete this form is February 1st, 2025. All requests for refunds made after this date will be denied. Cheques will be issued by March 15th, 2025.
How will I know when I have been scheduled to work?
Most departments will use the “When I Work” application. This application simplifies employees scheduling and communication by using an innovative blend of collaborative communication technologies, including the web, mobile apps, text messaging, social media and email. As well as being able to book time off, input your availability, staff communication, open shifts available to take, trade/drop shifts and tells you what area you are working.
If your department is not using this application, you will be provided with alternate information.
