Arm Position For Better Balance
Don’t let your arms tell your legs what to do.
Elbows in front of your ribcage, thumbs in-line with your forearms, and keep them loose.
Keep the arms out front for a nice strong pole plant.

Pamela Disera:
Arms. Arms everywhere are arms.
Well, I never claimed to be able to sing, but I am going to show you where to have your arm position for better balance.
Elbows are in front of your rib cage. Thumb is lined up with your forearms.
They’re nice and loose. This is what you need. This is what happens if they’re moving around too much.
So when my arms are moving around, it’s affecting my feet.
I don’t need them to swing like this, nor do I want them to be back here. I’m way in the back seat.
Very hard to steer. Arms are out in front, elbows in front of your ribs, thumbs lined up with your forearms, and then you can have a good solid pole plant. Look, my arms aren’t moving much.
I look forward to meeting you on the slopes
From Snow Valley, I’m Pamela Disera.
