1, 2, 3. 1, 2, 3. 1, 2, 3. 1, 2, 3. 1, 2, 3.

Wonder why I’m counting. I find it a great way to keep rhythm to my skiing.

So 1, 2, 3. 1, 2, 3 is like a waltz rhythm. Another way of doing it is breathing.

So at the beginning of the turn, breathe in. Exhale, breathe in. Exhale, breathe in. Exhale, or 1, 2, 3. 1, 2, 3. 1, 2, 3.

And the reason why is it just adds rhythm or flow to your skiing.

Another way to do it is sing, but really you don’t want to hear me sing.

Add some rhythm to your skiing.
