Pamela Disera:

Ever watch a skier come down the hill and think they make it look seamless?

Let me tell you where the magic is. It’s in the transition of the turn.

What has to happen is your body comes over, your feet flattens.

The ski makes it easy to steer. Look, I’m nice and relaxed. My body comes over my feet, they flatten. I can steer. That is a seamless transition, and that’s how the magic happens when you’re linking turns.

So again, it’s just allowing the skis to flatten, bringing the body over the feet, flatten the skis, steer them. That’s your transition.

Stay relaxed. There you go. That’s how to lease your turns.

I look forward to meeting you on the slopes
