Pamela Disera:
So advanced skiers are able to get off of that downhill ski onto the new turning ski sooner. And this drill is helping me do just that.
And what I mean by that is an advanced skier, once you get off that turning downhill, ski earlier in the arc to get this ski engaged and stand on it.
How we have to do that is make sure we’re over top of that ski and we move on to it.
So this drill is a super way of doing that. Let’s give it a try.
My shoulders have to be parallel with the pitch of the hill. I’m lifting that downhill ski early and standing on the uphill ski, then put it back into your skiing.
This is a great drill to get you on top of that new ski sooner. Give it a try.
I look forward to meeting you on the slopes
