Pamela Disera:

Let’s talk about commitment.

And what I mean by that is being balanced over this downhill ski.

So what I need to do are my shoulders need to be parallel to the pitch of the slope. So the slope is here. My shoulders need to be parallel, just like I’m standing, I’m balanced over top of that downhill ski.

Let me show you so my downhill shoulder is lower. Again, I’m balanced over the downhill ski, balanced over the downhill ski, and this helps me rebalance. My leg is long. I’m centered. I’m nice and relaxed.

That’s all I need to do. Here we go. Parallel to the slopes, my shoulders, I’m standing on that downhill ski.

I feel committed. I’m well-balanced, and I look forward to meeting you on the slopes! From Snow Valley, I’m Pamela Disera.
