Skiing is like dancing – free to move through all the major joints. Be well-balanced and centred.

Pamela Disera:
Skiing should not feel like a struggle. It should feel relaxed, not static. It should feel freed, not tense.
And what I mean by that is skiing is like dancing. And how I can do that is have to be well-balanced and centred.
So my hips are over my feet, I have a rounding to my back. My hands are forward, and my head is up again.
It’s being free to move through all the joints to maintain balance, not static, that’s not going to help. Nice and free moving. It’s like a party on snow. It’s like dance.
So again, where I need everything to be. And what I mean by that is hips over the feet, hands out front.
Look where you’re going, and you’re going to be able to dance on the snow.
I look forward to meeting you on the slopes
From Snow Valley, I’m Pamela Disera.
